The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection and Management:
o Gather and compile data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data sources.
o Ensure data quality by performing data cleansing and validation tasks.
o Maintain and manage databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and security.

2. Data Analysis:
o Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
o Apply statistical methods and techniques to interpret data and generate reports.
o Develop and implement data models to support predictive analytics and forecasting.

3. Reporting and Visualization:
o Create and present regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
o Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
o Customize reports to meet specific business needs and requirements.

4. Collaboration and Support:
o Work with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
o Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven recommendations.
o Collaborate with IT and data management teams to integrate data from various sources.

5. Quality Assurance:
o Perform regular audits and checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
o Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
o Document data processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and accuracy.

6. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and best practices.
o Recommend improvements to existing data processes and systems.
o Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Technical Skills:
